Penny Stephenson purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima SL from West Coast Nissan. She does not like the process of purchasing a vehicle, but she found with Thomas there was no “dancing”. Thomas was able to provide Penny with the information she requested with no pressure to trade-in or purchase, she came back the next weekend and purchased.

I’m Penny Stephenson, and I just bought a 2016 Nissan Altima SL.
Dealing with Thomas was great! I don’t like the car buying experience that’s why John had started all of this. I don’t usually like the dance. At most dealerships, there’s a whole lot of dancing that has to go on. With Thomas, it wasn’t like that.
We came in, looked at cars and I asked him what my Edge was worth. He told me what my Edge was worth; there was no I’ll go find out, go back and forth, back and forth. I had to leave for the weekend, so he just told me there was no pressure just come back whenever I was ready, and I came back the next weekend.

He was super diligent, and this was quite painless, and as my husband said, almost too easy, you know. You’re expecting something not quite right about it, but that’s what it was. It was just simple; it was easy and the way it probably should be. Simply, a really good experience to deal with these guys.
