Are you ready for a new kind of race? The 2015 Nissan Micra Cup is the first of its kind with the lowest racing cost in any Canada series. It is a series of 10 races through 5 weekends in some of the most recognized racetracks in Quebec. It is being presented by Nissan Canada and JD Motorsport Organization and will feature more than 25 Nissan Micras.
The race version of the 2015 Nissan Micra has been tested by Jean-Francois Dumoulin, a well-known Quebec racer. Every race car will be prepared by the Motorsports in Action team and presented to the driver before the race. Everything will be removed from inside the Micra to turn it into a race-ready car, including a five-point harness, safety cage and driver protection net.
A powerful 1.6L DOHC 16-valve 4-cylinder engine is under the hood of the 2015 Nissan Micra with a horsepower of 109 and a torque of 107 lb-ft. It is an innovative vehicle with impressive value. It provides an excellent turning radius and outstanding visibility.
